Produced in Yunnan Province, Pu-erh is a post-fermented, dark red tea, with a distinctive earthy flavour and very slightly sweet. Aroma is somewhat intense and pungent.
A long steep is recommended to bring out the wonderful flavour and well-proven health benefits.
