Assam broken orange pekoe
Situated in the Dibrugarh district on the northern bank of the Brahmaputra, the Halmari plantation produces this very fine, aromatic tea with striking small, roughly broken leaves. The strong flavour is reminiscent of fresh white bread and the amoma is spicy and malty.
Brewing guide:
1 tsp per cup / 4-5 heaped tsp per litre in just boiled water. Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes.
