This tea grows in one of the most famous tea gardens of the region. The strong and malty dream of a second period Assam, enjoyed with cream and rock sugar, is ideal for cosy evenings by the fireplace. This tea has a typically large Assamica leaf, that is very well worked, with lots of golden tips. Above the deeply copper-coloured cup a spicily malty scent unfolds.
Brewing guide:
1 tsp per cup / 4-5 heaped tsp per litre in just boiled water. Infuse for 3 - 5 minutes.
