This speciality tea is grown in Hubei province where the greatest care is taken in its production, particularly low-temperature drying, which preserves the lovely colour and fresh flavour. It has a uniformly fine wiry and shiny leaf. A true connoisseur's tea.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes in 80°C water. Multiple infusions are definitely recommended.
