The tea plantations of Darjeeling are located at over 2000 metres in the majestic Himalayas. Our Second Flush blend, from specially selected gardens, is excellent with or without milk. The leaves and tips, which are a little uneven, produce a strong full bodied cup. Either on its own or blended with a fine Assam leaf this tea makes a wonderful breakfast cup.
Use 1 level teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes in just boiled water.
