A relatively new, small plantation "on the roof of the world". Harvested in summer, this lovely tea is mature and low in tannins.
The fine leaf with silver-coloured tips produces a bronze infusion with a full flavour and slightly flowery aroma, strongly resembling the special unique characteristics of the finest darjeelings. A very special tea for the true connoisseur.
Steep one teaspoon per person for 3-5 minutes in just boiled water.
