An Indonesian green tea, Java PS Sunda Purwa is harvested south of Bandung all year round. A coarse Pekoe with medium size leaves which gives a strong flavour and full body. Multiple infusions recommended.
Brewing Guide:
One level teaspoon per cup / 4-5 heaped tsp per litre.
Infuse for 2 - 3 mins in 80°C water.
