Also called 'Black Pearls'. Tea leaves are processed carefully by hand in the traditional way and rolled into 'pearls'. Each 'pearl' is a shiny anthracite / very dark gunmetal colour.
From the Chinese Province of Fujian this tea is mild, full-bodied and subtly aromatic in taste with a very slight smoky note.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and infuse for 3 - 4 minutes in just boiled water.
