Rooibos (Redbush) is native to South Africa where it is widely consumed for its flavour as well as its many health-giving properties. It contains no caffeine and is rich in minerals and vitamins. With its natural sweetness, rooibos is delicious both plain and flavoured.
Rooibos Flower Dance is flavoured with vanilla and strawberries and contains sunflower, rose and cornflower petals. Delicious!
Use 1 teaspoon per cup. Splash with cold water to preserve nutrients, then add just boiled water and steep for 5 minutes.
