You may have noticed that we have increased our prices slightly (around 10%).

We have held off doing this for as long as possible, but it has now become essential in order to survive as a small business.

There have been many reasons, outside of our control for doing this. The rise in UK interest rates - driving up costs, the energy crisis in the UK and parts of Europe, the war in the Ukraine, which is a leading grower of herbs, which has affected the production, harvesting and transportation of many of our teas. Inflation has also driven up staffing costs for our suppliers, which they have passed onto us.

Finally, we are starting to feel the negative impact of climate change, which means that traditional yields are sometimes not being met. This scarcity also leads to higher prices.
