A fine green powder from Tencha leaves used in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony.
Instructions: Put 1 level teaspoon per 330 mls (approx 1/3 litre) in a bowl and add freshly boiled and cooled water - temperature 80-90°C. Whisk vigorously to a froth. Enjoy the wonderful aromas and surprisingly subtle, slightly sweet taste.
