A classic tea beloved by Oolong aficionados, Se Chung is a semi-fermented oolong from Fujian Province. Its large leaves unfold in the pot to produce a golden brown cup. Mild with a very slightly nutty aromatic flavour.
Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup and steep for 3 minutes in 90°C water.
